The wishes of Phyllis Henderson and her late husband Cyril was for the property to remain “green” and be available for seniors, children and families to enjoy for years to come. Early concepts being considered include; full sized and mini soccer pitches, all weather soccer pitch, playground, picnic area, splash pad, trail system, open spaces.
